Spacious suites are great for families, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast variety is lacking, and the pool area can get crowded. Also, they pressure you for timeshare presentations.

We loved watching the fireworks right from our window! The location is on point, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a tasty Indian spot.
Breakfast is more road trip than resort.

The room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. The sofa bed provided extra sleeping space, which made a big difference. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room comfortable. The large shower was a highlight, offering plenty of room to move around. I found the sink layout a bit odd, placed outside the bathroom. Noise levels were low, promoting a peaceful atmosphere. There was only one trash can, which seemed insufficient. the room provided a good balance of comfort and functionality, with a few areas for improvement.

Our suite was huge with a super comfy sofa bed! The breakfast options were delicious and the staff went above and beyond. Plus, the shuttle service made getting to the parks a breeze!

With just a short drive to Disney theme parks and a few minutes' walk to restaurants and shops, I found the accessibility amazing and appreciated the free shuttle service that made getting to the parks hassle-free; the complimentary breakfast and spacious rooms added to a pleasant stay, but the bathroom layout could use a little improvement.

Exceptional cleanliness. Spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and efficient air conditioning without card-activated nonsense. The updated bathroom was a delightful choice. Breakfast included a decent variety, though I lean towards European options. Prime location near Disney, with a free shuttle service that ran consistently. Staff stood out. Kudos to Justine and Chef Wilson for accommodating vegan needs. Chef Wilson’s care and attention to dietary restrictions were remarkable—truly above and beyond. Customer service was generally stellar, with thoughtful interactions from the front desk. Minor improvements could be made in the breakfast area, which felt slightly outdated. Parking poses challenges, especially for those with mobility issues. Solid experiences, with great potential. Highly recommend for vegans and families.

Breakfast buffet was diverse, changing daily, with tasty food and friendly staff. The room layout was spacious, almost like a studio apartment, offering a comfortable living room area for relaxation. There were cleanliness issues in the room upon arrival, with dirty towels and a pile of dirt behind the bathroom door. the lack of a freezer in the fridge was a downside.

Close to theme parks and shopping, we had a blast chilling in front of our flat-screen TV after wild days out at Walt Disney World. The pool hours and rec activities were lit, making it the perfect spot for a teenage vacay!
Just wished they had a more happening nightlife scene for us party-loving teens.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness at the hotel. For eight days, the room was barely touched aside from fresh towels. No one cleaned properly after a glass mishap, and shampoo refills were nonexistent—definitely needs better hygiene standards!

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive. The staff's friendliness and the comfortable, clean beds made our stay enjoyable. The convenient location near dining, shopping, the highway, and the airport added to the overall convenience of the trip.
The thermostat in the room did not function properly, leading to discomfort. The breakfast buffet lacked made-to-order omelets, which could have added more variety to the morning meal.

The breakfast buffet was so diverse, Chef David's dishes were utterly exquisite, and the shuttle service to Disney was very handy.
I just loved the musty rooms, undercooked breakfast, and the fantastic surprise $100 charge on my bill! .

A fantastic time at the Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel, right by the magic of Disney for an unforgettable family adventure. Enjoyed a fun day exploring theme parks and shopping from the comfort of our room's flat-screen TV.
My wife says that the hotel should offer more kid-friendly meal options.

I chose Buena Vista Suites for its close proximity to Fun Spot America Kissimmee, and was pleasantly surprised by the daily complimentary full American breakfast buffet. The scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and diverse dining options at sister resort Caribe Royale added great value to my stay.

The hotel has its perks and drawbacks. First off, let's talk about the room. It was spacious and clean, with a separate toilet and a cozy living area. The double bedroom was comfortable, but my only gripe was the view from my second-floor room facing the parking lot. I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a bummer. On the bright side, the complimentary breakfast was a winner for me. It varied slightly each day and had a great selection of hot and cold items. I may have loaded up a bit too much, but it saved me some cash and fueled me up for the day in Orlando. Now, onto some not-so-great aspects. I had a bit of an issue with the bathroom leakage in room 420 – not a pleasant experience at all. The parking situation was also a hassle, with guests hogging up two spots without any consideration for others. As for the amenities, I appreciated the small touches like the flavored water in the lobby, but I was disappointed that there wasn't any coffee available there. The breakfast buffet was good, but I missed having sugar-free options and black tea for the first couple of days. In terms of ambiance, the hotel felt a bit dated and had some maintenance issues. The smell of weed around the property was off-putting, and the incident at the pool, resulting in early closure due to a fight, was unsettling, especially for my daughter. The room was nice but had its quirks, and the breakfast was satisfying despite some limitations.

the hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great amenities. the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for visiting Disney and other attractions. the pool area was refreshing, and the on-site pizza Bistro was delicious. the complimentary shuttle to Disney made it easy to get to the parks, and the hotel also offered free parking. it was a great deal for the money, and I would highly recommend it for families or groups.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-located hotel near Disney parks and Disney Springs. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the start. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping service. The complimentary breakfast had a wide range of options, and the pool area was fantastic with plenty of loungers. The free parking was a bonus, and the option to have our Uber or Lyft ride to Disney paid for was a great touch during these times. We were thoroughly impressed with the Caribe Royale hotel and its beautiful property.
Front desk and reservation staff could have been friendlier at times.

the hotel was super clean and comfy. the location was great - just a stone's throw from disney with a fountain and gated area. the breakfast was amazing - changed up every day - with eggs cooked to order. the staff was really helpful and efficient - even calling to check if we needed anything.

The pool area was fantastic! I found the breakfast to be above average and the beds were super comfy. I loved the spacious room with separate living area, it was perfect for catching up with family. The location was very convenient, close to various attractions and stores. The hotel was clean and stylish, and the room was a good size. I had a great stay at a well-located and comfortable hotel.
